Occasionally a little gem of a place appears out of nowhere. That happened for me, at Brewhouse Coffee. Quirky interior, great food, fantastic Coffee and good team. Seriously couldn't speak more highly... only giving 5 star because I can't give 6!
A little gem in Wheathamsted. Qwerky character house sit in or out. Great coffee, had an amazing cheese scone the size of my hand! Brownie, blonde, nougat bars, cookies. All fantastic. Great WiFi too! Absolutely will go back time and time again. Love it x
Great cafe with a lot of funny art and different nooks to sit. A very unique cafe. There are 4 parking spaces outside for customers or you can park on wick avenue. The toasted sandwiches were £5.60 which is quite expensive but they were tasty. I had a very delicious caramel frappe - would definitely recommend. Overall this is one of my favourite coffee shops
What a delightful eclectic place to visit. I was impressed by the individual rooms for seating customers each decorated and furnished in their own tasteful unique fashion. This is the site of an old brewery and there is another large seating area in the cellar again with comfortable chairs and intimate seating areas as well as outdoor areas. The variety of cakes and refreshments is comprehensive this is a must to visit
We went straight passed it...just about saw the sign coffee... Very deceiving from the outside...they have plenty of rooms and spaces inside! A pleasant atmosphere...bit of jazz in the background with a mix theme. They have a great selection of sandwiches, your spoilt for choice. And an equally great desserts... Blondie bakewell tart was just delicious! Flat white and the latte was just right. Defo thumbs up to the barista! We didn't exactly get the best of service. Not sure if it was because of us. Or it was busy(it wasn't busy)...we had to explore ourselves to find out if we could eat in. Also at no time did they stop to see if we were ok..we did see other tables being asked..but no one asked us :( Other then the small let down on the service side...we did enjoy the food and atmosphere...we will be visiting again. Hopefully it will be a better experience.
The atmosphere is electric literary. It's a nice break , music in the background like in the movies ( jazz actually ). The staff were nice and patient
Great place ... looks lovely from the outside and really quirky on the inside we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The coffee was excellent and a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Staff were really friendly just adding to the whole experience
A great find. Beautiful quirky place that welcomes dogs & walkers. Friendly efficient staff offering a great choice of tasty foods. We relaxed and chatted in lovely comfortable surroundings . I’d definitely recommend Brewhouse and will be returning to try some more delights .
